Delete your Mission Live account

Open Mission Live, choose More → Privacy & recordings, and select Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion begins.

What is deleted

The personal account record, personal organization memberships, hosted rooms, room captions, and active listener records controlled by the account are removed. Usage records needed only as aggregate service measurements are de-identified by removing account, room, and provider request references.

Before deletion

Export your account data first if you want a copy. If you own an organization with other members, transfer ownership before deleting the account. App Store or web subscription cancellation will be explained here before paid plans become available.

Device data

Clear saved captions separately in Privacy & recordings. The native iPhone app will also remove account tokens and device data when its account deletion flow is implemented.
