Cancel anytime to stop renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are not refunded for unused months or remaining time. The initial 14-day satisfaction refund window and any refund rights required by law still apply. Cancellation and refund terms.
Six languages available at launch: English, Arabic, Urdu, Somali, Spanish and Albanian. The Network plan retains an eight-language entitlement; six are currently available.

Annual service is billed once for twelve months at the standard yearly price. Mission Managers may offer a negotiated discount when it is approved in writing and shown at checkout.
Planned extra service is prepaid at $0.65 per minute. Customers receive a five-minute notice before funded service ends. Unused purchased minutes do not expire. Manage prepaid credit from your organization account.
